Writing down your goals!

One of the main things we focus on at LiquidEdge is setting and accomplishing your goals.
It may seem like an easy task but the follow through for a lot of people can be difficult. It takes discipline and time to not only make your goals but to actually accomplish them.
One big area that people fall short in is writing out your goals.

Most people will say I don't need to write them down their in my head, I know what I want. Although this may be true, it can be difficult to keep track of all the details and it's also a lot more difficult to hold yourself accountable. If you don't hit your goal you can just move on or reset it without any thought as to why you didn't succeed.

This is where writing down your goals becomes crucial. When you write out your goals there now permanent, on paper and can't as easily be dismissed. Studies have shown that people who write down there goals are 75% more likely to actually accomplish their goals than those who don't.

If you aren't buying it yet go to this link John Goddard's Life list. This guy is incredible, when he was fifteen he wrote out a list of 127 incredible things he wanted to do before he dies. It covers anything from owning a coyote to climbing multiple mountains to learning about a wide variety of cultures. It is truly incredible how many he has accomplished and he says he owes most of his accomplishments to actually writing down those goals so that he not only forgot them but so that he could track what all he has done.

Take time to write out your goals, it will be worth the effort and you will see the results.
